1018 - Jun Support Engineer

Our client is a European software development company providing services worldwide since 1992.

This project will support web and/or mobile data aggregator applications.

We are looking for a confident and reliable IT support engineer with extensive practical experience of working with computers and resolving any support issues that are raised to the service desk. Possessing a proven ability to administer and control the operation, configuration, and maintenance of computer-based information systems, as well as having an eye for detail and able to multi-task under pressure. An excellent communicator can relate well with people at all levels and has the flexibility of working well as part of a team and on my own.

- Supporting users and network administrators (English speaking) over the telephone and by email
- Prepare/maintain documentation
- Attend daily meetings
- Operate as QA engineer on demand

Key Skills And Competencies:
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- A positive attitude towards customer service and good communication skills
- Ability to be clear & concise when explaining technical procedures to customers
- English - intermediate and above
- Experience of Service Desk, JIRA is a plus
- Be ready to work the first shift (from 8 am Kyiv time and be flexible to support urgent issues remotely if needed)
